I have been working on a book project as one of 17 authors (edited by Cassie Leonard). We explore the real reasons behind burnout, bias, and why so many of us step away from the field we love.

The cover is a reimagining of the traditional “pipeline,” featuring women and allies navigating, repairing, and reshaping the system.
